Service
Minimente offers remote discussion and guidance support for adults, young people and families. The aim of the service is to help you structure your life situation and find practical ways to support your well-being.
The service is not health care, psychotherapy, diagnostics or crisis services. In an urgent or serious situation, the client should contact the emergency or crisis services in their country of residence.
Booking and payment
A reservation is binding once it has been confirmed. The price stated on the booking page is the final price for the customer and includes applicable taxes.
Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Any cancelled or unused appointment will be charged in full. Sudden illnesses can be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If the service provider cancels the appointment, the customer will be offered a new appointment or the payment will be refunded.
Remote meeting
The customer is responsible for a functioning network connection, a suitable device and a private place to participate. A replacement time will be agreed for a meeting interrupted due to a technical problem caused by the service provider.
Minors
The participation of a minor requires the consent of a guardian or other legal representative and the young person's own voluntariness. In the case of a child under the age of 13, the first meeting is primarily arranged with the guardian or family.
Security and confidentiality
The content of the meetings will be handled confidentially. If there is a serious concern about the immediate safety of the customer or another person, the customer can be referred to local services or the necessary safety measures can be taken in the situation.
Right of withdrawal
As a rule, a service purchased remotely has a 14-day right of withdrawal. By booking an appointment within this period, the customer requests that the service be started before the end of the cancellation period. Once the service has been fully implemented, the right of withdrawal will expire.
The service is governed by Spanish law without prejudice to the customer's mandatory consumer protection rights.
