Information we collect

When creating an account or booking an appointment, the customer's name, email address, country of residence, time zone, booking information and preliminary information provided by the customer may be collected. If Google sign-in is chosen, MiniMente receives the basic account information needed to identify the customer, such as their name and email address.

My MiniGuide may store a guidance profile, private journal entries, optional stress, mood and energy ratings, topic tags, guidance requests and the psychologist’s responses. This information may include sensitive wellbeing information supplied by the customer. Services for minors may also collect information about the young person, guardian and, where necessary, a local emergency contact.

Customers should not provide personal identity codes, patient documents or other information that is not needed to deliver the service.

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used to create and secure customer accounts, manage appointments and payments, provide the private journal and My MiniGuide service, communicate with customers and carry out the agreed service. Processing is based on the service contract, legal obligations and, where required for sensitive information, the customer’s explicit consent.

Who can see My MiniGuide information

Private journal entries are available to the customer through their account and are not shown to the psychologist unless the customer deliberately links an entry to a guidance request. Guidance requests, linked journal entries, the guidance profile and previous guidance may be accessed by the psychologist assigned to provide the service and by authorised MiniMente personnel where necessary to administer or secure the service.

If an employer or other organisation pays for the service, it does not receive access to an employee’s private journal, guidance profile, guidance requests or the psychologist’s responses.

Data processors

Data may be processed on MiniMente’s behalf by service providers needed to operate the service, including hosting and security, payment, email delivery, remote meeting, authentication, accounting and technical service providers. If Google sign-in is used, Google processes the sign-in interaction under its own privacy terms.

Data is not sold or used for marketing without separate consent. Where a service provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law are used.

Preservation

The data is stored only for as long as it is required by the implementation of the service, the processing of possible claims or the law. Invoicing and accounting information is stored for the statutory period of time, after which the data is securely deleted.

Your rights

The customer has the right to request access to or correction of their data, deletion or restriction of processing where applicable, data portability where applicable, and to withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. Requests should be sent to info@minimente.net.

The customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority: www.aepd.es.
