Information we collect

When booking an appointment, the customer's name, contact information, country of residence, time zone, booking information and preliminary information provided by the customer themselves may be collected. In addition, the services for minors may collect the information of the young person, the guardian and, if necessary, the local emergency contact person.

The form should not contain personal identity codes, patient documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used to make appointments, pay, communicate and carry out the agreed service. The processing is based on a contract, legal obligations and, where necessary, the customer's explicit consent.

Data processors

The data may be processed by service providers required for the implementation of the service, such as SimplyBook.me, payment services, remote connection services, and accounting and technical service providers.

The data will not be sold or used for marketing purposes without separate consent. In the case of possible transfers outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by law are used.

Preservation

The data is stored only for as long as it is required by the implementation of the service, the processing of possible claims or the law. Invoicing and accounting information is stored for the statutory period of time, after which the data is securely deleted.

Your rights

The customer has the right to request that their data be reviewed, rectified, erased or restricted processing, as well as to withdraw their consent. The request should be sent to info@minimente.net.
